Cancellation / No Show Policy
Please review our cancellation / no show policy at Long's Chiropractic Health Services.
***Please Note: Any NEW PATIENT that misses their first appointment WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE (we consider prior notice to be calling the office to speak with the front desk or leaving a voicemail to cancel/reschedule the visit with at least 24 hours' notice before the new patient appointment time) will be required to PRE-PAY the equivalent of a self-pay new patient visit fee before being scheduled for any future NEW PATIENT VISITS.
This deposit will be collected regardless of whether the patient will be using insurance or self-pay. If the patient's initial exam and treatment cost is less than the collected amount, the difference will either be returned to the patient or kept as a credit on the patient's account, whichever the patient chooses. If the patient fails to come to the second scheduled new patient appointment, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new patient appointment with us in the future.
